We had booked with First Student, but they have not cashed the check, refuse to sign a contract, and won't respond to phone calls - so I'm nervous that they simply won't show up this weekend when and where we need them to!
Anyone worked with them before? Can you give me a specific contact person and phone number and/or email that might actually get a human being to speak with?
Anyone worked with another school bus company in the area? We wanted something cheap and easy, but this is quickly becoming a source of stress! We've been trying for over 2 weeks to get ahold of them.
