Finally forcing myself to make an intro...

Hi, I'm somewhat new. I've been engaged for a few months, and have been on the knot for...a few years. I've browsed tons of boards since being engaged but, being shy, haven't introduced myself or expressed my opinion on any threads.
Now that I've finally taken this first plunge, I look forward to many, many more posts in the future!

    And I agree with PP, the Seattle Knotties are very nice.  I made the mistake of posting a specific question in another board and received a few snotty replies.  I've never experienced that here!

    yahhh nbrodie makes a good point.....the girls on the National Boards can be very snotty/snarky and sometimes outright rude! So be careful obver there.....but if you've been lurking for a while, you may already know this.

    I have been totally baffled by some posts that I have read over on some of those other boards.

    We definitely try to be wam and welcoming here......but we will also give our honest advice.....which might occasionally come off rude if that isn't what you wanted to hear....but that is never really our intention.
