Ok so I am new to this post thing and this is my first one but I really need so input.
I have a bridesmaid who is a long time friend and I love her like a sister but she is not always the most dependable. My question is what would you do if you had a bridesmaid bail out last min.? She has her dress so we're good on that but my gut tells me she is going to call me and say I can't make it. I had a talk with her to make sure she was going to be able to make it and everything was affordable because I don't want to hurt anyone financially. Just needed some opinions on what to do. Thanks!
