Pimples that won't go away

Ive had 4 pimples on my face that have been there for weeks now. I tried drying them out with peroxide and I've been using benzaclyn (prescription samples) and they are still there. Any ideas what to try next? I don't break out much, but these won't go away.

    Have you seen a dermatologist? If benzeclyn isn't getting rid of them, you really should see someone. I used that stuff for years and never had anything stick around for that long and I have pretty stubborn acne. 

    The only other advice that I have is counter intuitive- but make sure you're highly moisturized. When I was on the benzeclyn I had to use a ton of moistureizer or I'd break out even more beacuse my skin would irritate. Something like cetophyl is what my dermatologist always recommended.

    No I haven't seen a dermatologist yet but I guess that is my next step. I've never had anything stick around that long either! I moisturize about 3 times a day.

    Horribly horribly bad for you but when I want a really stubborn zit to go away I hit the tanning bed and that dries everything up for me!
