I took my invites to the post office this morning and they are now off in postal land LOL!
I had a slight freak out moment though...
I needed 2 more .65 stamps b/c I was short. So I asked the lady for those, no problem. Then, I had to buy 9 stamps so that I could mail to Canada and 1 stamp to mail to Italy. She gives me the stamps and I pay for them. Then...thank god I had my coffee this morning...because I realized that she put .85 on the Canadian and 1.05 on the Italian one. Now, I knew that my invites were over weight for American mail, so surely they must be over weight for international mail (I know from sending other things that it costs .85 to Canada and 1.05 to Italy). So I asked her...um I don't think that's the right postage. Her response oh, those aren't over weight. Mine...yes they are, why do you think I have .65 stamps on everything, please weigh them. So she did and sure enough they required more postage. I can't even imagine all of those invites coming right back to me! Get it together USPS workers!
