Photo Slideshow

Does anyone know of a good program to make a photo slideshow but be able to use music as well. I did this a few years ago but have a new computer now and can not figure it out. Everyone is telling me that I need special software?? Any help would be appreciated. TIA

    Hey- I work for a nonprofit, and we have families create fundraising "videos" that they then can post on YouTube, etc. I have step by step instructions for them, would that help you?
