On January 1, 2012, I dropped Junior off at the WF airport at 7:15 for, what I was told was, a flight to Arizona. I came back to my apartment and my friend Dominique text me, "Look under your pillow."
I looked under my pillow and there was a piece of paper from Junior that basically said, "Im sorry I cant be with you today but there is no reason that yous houldnt have the best day ever. Get a shower and put on comfy clothes. Your friend will be there to pick you up for a treasure hunt soon." Shortly after, Dominique came over.
Dominique brought me breakfast and gave me another clue that said I was going to my favorite place in the morning... STARBUCKS! So, I went to Starbucks and my friend, Tara was there. We got some coffee and then she gave me another clue that basically said to go home and get ready for church.
I went to my apartment and got ready for church, then Tara drove me to Henrietta to go to church with my family. Tara picked me up after church and gave me another clue that said to eat with my family and then two people would be taking me somewhere to relieve stress that costs money.... SHOPPING 
So, I went to the mall with Tara and Dominique met me there with a $200 gift card to Dillards and a clue that said to pick out something nice to wear for the night. So, I bought a Giani Bini cheetah print dress, Jessica Simpson shoes, and some accessories. I then went to my apartment and had 45 minutes to get ready.
I was given another clue that said that I was going to an ice show in Grapevine with my friends... compliments of me!! LOL He said that I bought all them tickets. So, we went to Grapevine and to the Gaylord Hotel and looked around. Then.... three of my best friends walked up (Taylor, Torey, and Ally)!!!!!!!!!!! I was so shocked to see them. They told me that I bought them tickets for the ice show, too.
So, the show started at 7:00. We started walking towards the show and I was told we had to go outside to get there. I heard Christmas music playing and people taking pictures on this little stage area. A couple girls were handing out cards and saying "Thanks for coming" LOl... So I got my card and just held on to it.
Ally told me to stand up on the stage so she could take my picture. While I stood up there, I opened it and it had a queston mark in it..... AAAAH. I was so excited but still didnt know how Junior would get there or what was going to happen. A lot of people started taking pitures of me while I was standing up there by myself. Then, a car drove up and started playing "Let's Get Married". Then, I looked over and Junior is in a suit walking up with a microphone. He comes up on the stage with me and sings to me. I dont remember what he said when he asked me to marry him, but I definitely said YES!
And.... While he was singing, I looked over and all my friends and family and his friends and family were there. So, we went to eat after and Junior gave me a scrapbook full of letters from people to us about how excited they are for us to get married... BEST PROPOSAL EVER. Videos to Come!:)
