Weekend Plans?

What does everyone have planned for the weekend?  WR or NWR?

WR: We are doing our first cake tasting on Sunday which I'm excited about!  (We're doing another one on Tueday which should be interesting to say the least...will post about that after it happens.)

NWR: Not really sure.  FI and I were talking about going to Greek Peak to ski tomorrow, but it seems that it will be warmish and raining.  Oh well!

    Oh Ive got a long weekend ahead of me.

    Not much tonight (prolly a good thing)

    Sat: Im going with mom, sister, and her friends (note the excitement) to help my sister pick out a wedding dress for her Oct wedding. Then watching the game at 4. Hopefully I dont drink too much and can study a bit, but prolly not.

    Sun: After church Josh and I are heading to moms to do our mess of invitations. Woo! Im sure it'll be an all day, maybe even all night project.

    Wow!  That's a lot.  Hope the wedding dress shopping is fun despite the friends and brings back good memories for you!  And woo hoo for invitations!

    Im a little peeved about the friends coming (ok very peeved...but Im trying to swallow it). She invited her entire BP (4 of us). Seriously?! I would understand maybe just the bff...but not all of us. Oh! And her FMIL. Oh come on. They are supposed to see the dress at your first fitting. The picking out dresses is for the family. That and her friends are loud and annoying and I cant stand them. Gr. Whatever, Ill swallow it and play nice :)

    WR: Probably going to pick up the BM dresses that came in and following up with one of my BMs to see if she's ordered hers yet. (I still have time, I just like getting things done early) Hopefully contacting my venue and finding out if I can set up a time to have my mom visit. Calling my ceremony musician, and contacting my photog about epics.

    NWR: I sing in a community chorus with two of my friends and they recruited me to sing in their church's cantata for Easter, so I have that rehearsal tomorrow, then my BFF (MOH) and I are getting together for girl time! Sunday, nothing...which I like

    WR- Picking up my dress from DB tonight (alterations done).  Tomorrow morning, bringing said dress into an actual alterations place for straps (frustrating story).  Then, going to Mens Wearhouse to finally (hopefully) pick out/order tuxes [all about 1 1/2 hours away from me, so lots of driving].  Sometime this weekend (probably not till Sunday) I have to finish addressing/stuffing my invitations so I can get them in the mail next week.

    NWR- Ummm....I'm sure I'll do some snuggling with my cats...laundry....cleaning....wow, what a great weekend!

    ok I'll play!
    NWR: Not too much.. I wanted to do something with friends but apparently that requires two weeks of pre-planning! Maybe Sunday I'll meet my girlfriend and her son at the indoor playground in Henrietta. So maybe I will just go to the Outlet mall and buy some new pants, I've lost 20 lbs since the engagement and have nothing to wear to work!!
    WR: We need to cut up the grapevines I bought from saveoncrafts and make 15 grapevine wreaths to nestle our centerpiece bowls into.. and also work on our corks (for the escort cards). I also plan to buy some lingerie for my boudior shoot at VS, and  we are meeting with our DJ on Sunday afternoon finally!

    thanks! I'm still trying for 10 more, but that means getting my butt to the gym! So far I've just changed my eating habits (and not drastically.. just skipped snacking and eating out for lunch)

    Nice job!  I'm going to give up the snacking and junk food over the summer; if I do it now, I'll never last for 6 months!

    So... I'm a little late...
    Spent the weekend in Pittsburgh with Kevin's family.

    WR:  got pedicures and went shopping with his mom (and her high maintenance friend) so she can pick out ANOTHER dress for the wedding, b/c she randomly decided that the one she just bought last week wasn't good enough.  This will be dress #3.  She has a shopping problem.  In the process, got an earful about the bank paperwork/gift letter.  Kept my mouth shut.  Yay me.

    NWR:  Drank an absurd amount of alcohol, sang karaoke and drew (is that a word?  past tense for "draw"... looks funny) naughty pictrues all over Kevin's brother who passed out first.  It was fun to play 21 again.

    I drank an absurd amount of alcohol this weekend too! Josh and I took our neighbors to a hometown bar we used to go to all the time and we had a freakin blast!

    Monica, I almost called you yest to go see Joshs cousins band again....but we decided we didnt need anymore drinks this weekend.

    Haha no shes just the FI!

    It actually went pretty well. She asked that I help her get into all the dresses and that made me feel pretty good. She got her dress and its so beyond perfect for her. After like 6 dresses she told me she was scared that she'd never find one (totally not a dress person) and she was hating them all. Then she puts this one dress on and turned to her FMIL and said "Do you think he'll love this one?" and she said "Hunnie he'd love you in anything!" And my sister started bawling and all "this is the one". The whole Ah Ha moment that I never had haha. But it was a good time.

    And I made it home for that freakin blow out game!
