Bachelorette Party w/ a under 21 member!! Help!

I need some ideas for a bachelorette party that includes one person that will be under 21.  My sister will only be 19 and I want to do something that she can be involved in but also  I want the group to be able to drink if they want.  I don't want to do something as low key as bowling.  Having a hard time.  Any ideas!?!?!  We're from the western chicago suburbs if anyone has any location specific ideas!

    Go to a swanky restaurant that has a great bar but will allow underage people in for dinner. She can stay and just not drink, and then if you all want to move to an actual bar later in the night she can be picked up or something. I'm sure there are plenty of restaurants in Chicago that have good bars but will accommodate a younger patron.

    I like the idea of going to a restaurant that also has a bar.

    I found a place local by driving around and  using the internet. We have a 17 and 19yo to be attending and it's a sports bar BUT it has karaoke, dancing, food, drinks, and bull riding.
