Hello Again Ladies

So, I've been out over a week and have seriously missed TK.  Unfortunately, here in Delaware County we had to open the EOC (Emergency Operations Center).  Flooding, from Hurricane Irene, was completely overwhelming.  I'm an engineer for the county, and so far we have at least 4 bridges that were total losses adding up to multi-million dollars.  Businesses and homes were lost; places that I grew up going to.....If anyone's interested in seeing the devastation, see the links below, because believe me I could have never fathomed it.

Anyway, it's great to be back.  I've already enjoyed reading up on some of the things I've missed.  Hope all of your ladies are well and didn't have to experience any flooding!

    Welcome back!

I'm so sorry to hear about the damage. We sent some of our Code Enforcement Officers down to help inspect (from my job) :-( My home on the OBX in NC experienced minor flooding, but nothing quite as bad as here or in the ADK/Vermont. It is really painful to see a community experience such devestation. All the best with the cleanup efforts.

Nothing happened to me or mine as far as Irene goes. Thank god.
