B: Cup of tea...not enough, I know!
L: Whole Foods Salad - I'm going to lunch with my boss (and asking for a raise)...send me your thoughts, prayers, and good knottie vibes!

TBD: Something in our new slow cooker!

E: Gym - I didn't make it there yesterday, we had gone to bed too late and work kicked my butt!
-20 minutes treadmill
-20 minutes elliptical
-20 minutes weights and abs

  • B: bagel with cream cheese, coffee and juice
    D: granola bar
    L: leftover turkey meatballs with rice pasta, salad and garlic bread
    S: almonds and clementines
    D: steak tips, rice and veggies (the steak tips weren't fully thawed last night so we switched dinner nights :) )
    S: cookies and decaf tea

    E: went to the gym this morning and as long as I can get the damn dvd to work yoga when I get home tonight
  • B: 3 rice cakes
    L: pork & rice
    S: carrots & peanut butter crackers
    D: chinese food. It's my work's Christmas party, finally.
    E: I didn't make it to the gym yesterday. Way too cold out and I didn't make it this morning either. So, I'll have to do double tomorrow.

    E: push up challenge (did this morning, did 165 push ups!), tonight I will be doing W2D3 of the sit up challenge and W1D3 of the dip challenge. I might even get crazy and do Jillian Michaels Ultimatum! :)

    B: Nothing--still on vacation, still sleeping in
    L: Subway 6-inch ham sub
    S: Almonds
    D: TBD--going out with Fi and our friend who is designing our invites.

    E: Went to the gym when I woke up, worked for about 1.5 hours (abs, arms, cardio). Vacation is THE BEST you can work out for unlimited hours and do whatever you want. Ha. Don't wanna go back to work.
