Brdesmaids

I am an older first time bride and am wrestling with the honor attendant position.  I have invited 4 women to stand with me on my wedding day.  Each of them has been very special to me during different stages of my life and I can not imagine my special day without any of them.  I don't know how to pick just one to be an honor attendant.  Is it better to have them all as bridesmaids or list them all as honor attendants?

It's totally up to you.  But if it makes you feel any better, my boss' fiancee had 4 stand up with her and she called them all BMs and didn't have an MOH.  I think it's lovely that you can't pick one above the others.  :)

The only thing you might want to consider is if you plan to have toasts--4 toasts might be too many.  At my boss' wedding, they had sort of an "open mic" toasting but it did appear she designated one of the BMs to give a toast.  (Or maybe that is just how it worked out--not sure.)

I'm having two honor attendants! it just happens that one will be married already by my wedding, and the other will not, so i'm having one be Maid of Honor and one be Matron of Honor :)
But IMO, if you have 4 ladies, I would have them all be your BMs and just not have a MOH. A BM is already an honorary position!

I'm also having two honor ladies - one Matron of Honor and one Maid of Honor.

I agree with PP - don't have one honor lady - just make them all bridesmaids.

I'm like Brianna. I have two sisters one is the Matron and one is Maid, but my sister had two Maids and my little sister will have two Matrons. It's going to be what you feel most comfortable having.

I was toying with the idea of having 1 MatronOH, 2 MaidsOH, and zero BMs.
Disclaimer: Please excuse the above comment. I'm probably freaking out because there is less than one month to go. Thank you.

Oh wow! I'm surprised to see how I thought I would be the only one...or one of few that is having two MOH's!! I'm having 4 attendants. 2 are MOHs and 2 are BM. The girls don't care, they are just super excited to be apart of it!
