Just wondering if anyone has heard from DJ Melee recently?  My wedding is in June and I sent him an-email on Feb. 29th about when we should get togther and meet.  He sent me an e-mail back on March 6th (a week later) saying we should get started.  That same night I responded with a list of dates we are/are not available.  He still hasn't responded.  I sent another e-mail this past weekend and I'm still waiting for a response.

I hate to put this out there publicly, but I'm starting to wonder what's going on since it's been over 2 weeks without a response.  Is he MIA for anyone else?

    Maybe he's busy with April and May Brides.  I wouldn't worry or get concerned yet.  When my FI and I met him...he seemed to have things in control and well organized.  I would give him more time.....it's a busy season.

    I know how you feel, sometimes he goes MIA for things or doesn't follow through. I just spoke with him yesterday though via email, I know that he is busy busy busy, my wedding alone in April requires an 8 song custom introduction a possible last song mash-up and a visit to the venue. Try emailing him again, I usually just harrass him (and some of my other vendors) until someone emails me back.

    Glad it's not just me Becky.  I hate harassing people, especially people who are doing something for me that could really make it go wrong if I make them unhappy by annoying them.  We were just trying to figure out a date to get together to start working on the song choices because we clueless on some songs, not saying I needed anything done by then.  We are doing some custom entrances, but FI's cousin is singing at our ceremony so I wanted to get her the version cut to the appropriate length for her.  I have complete confidence that she could learn it in no time, but I don't want to spring something on her last minute.  I imagine he's super busy and I expect he will get even busier as summer approaches which is part of the reason I wanted to do some of it now.  If we don't hear from him by the weekend FI said he will try to call him.
