Well - bridesmaid shopping went WAY longer than anticipated so my Turbo Fire tape never got used. My goal is to work out 4 days a week in December so I still have plenty of time this week to make that goal.

WO - boot camp #2 for the week. My back/shoulders are feeling sore today but my legs feel good so hopefully boot camp will go well tonight!
