EMCEE

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good mc? While every other girl in the world grew up thinking about twirling around in a wedding dress, the only thought I ever gave to a wedding was "ooh, this song is SOOOO going to play at my wedding!!"  I want to have an MC because it'll make things a LOT less hectic and coerce some of my boring family to dance, but I want to pick pretty much everything. Some of the music isn't the most....shall we say, standard....so I'm fully expecting to supply everything. Anyone have any suggestions about where I can find someone to play what I've selected, fill in the FEW holes in between, and get people dancing?

I'm using Keith Hicks from K&S Productions.  I haven't heard the best reviews about other DJs at K&S though.  Keith is a friend of the family and has done two family wedding already plus so other large events.  We are getting married in Southern Maryland (Chesapeake Beach) so he likely isn't the most convenient.

Where is your ceremony/reception located?  Vendors usually charge a fee if they have to travel outside of a given radius.  And it can make pre-wedding meetings a hassel if they end up being in person.
