and thanks to all for all of the well-wishes for my dad. i really appreciated it. he started his chemo yesterday and is fairing pretty well so far. we're just happy that hes starting down the path of recovery!

My scale says I'm up a lot. I'm kind of dreading tomorrow's weigh in. Doesn't help that I don't have a plan for today. Grr. 4 weeks till the wedding!
