Photographers in Rochester area

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some suggestions to photographers that are based in the Rochester area.  I wouldn't mind having someone from the Cities do it, it's just that there are so many to chose from I'm trying to narrow it down to SE Minnesota since that's where my wedding will be.  If anyone has any suggestions please pass them on!

    I am getting married in Apple Valley but fell in love with a photographer out of Rochester and am paying extra to bring him here. Their names are Joy and Shem and their website is www.uniquetouchphotography.com . They are awesome to work with, have a sweet photoboth and give a great deal on save the dates. They also give you your picts on a CD right away.Good Luck!

    I'm getting married in Rochester and am using Unique Touch!  They are such a nice couple and do really quality work.  Plus they are much more affordable than many other photographers.  Check them out, they are becoming more popular and booking up fast.

    Three of my friends had their weddings in Rochester and all of them used Besty Cole.  Her work is AMAZING!!

    I am getting married in Rochester and I struggled to find a good photographer.  I wanted one that was going to give me all the rights to the prints as I don't want to spend money on tons of pictures that I won't look at in 5 years.  So I am using a mother-daughter team from Red Wing.  JL Photography is the name and they offer a great package at a great price, if you don't want to purchase tons of prints.  They also have a great coffee table book, which they custom to your wedding...love it!!  Here is the http://web.mac.com/jodessavoigt/Site/Welcome.htmlwebsite...
    Good luck on your search...another good photographer is Michael Clearly...he is a bit more and I don't think you get the rights to the pictures, but his are probably one of the best that I have seen.

    Look into www.snapgrinphoto.com. They are based in the cities, but don't mind traveling at all and don't charge a fee. They are friends of mine and do an amazing job!
