Just curious if anybody has used or talked to Hampton Roads Limousines?
I tried to email them through their website and heard nothing. The website shows two different phone numbers one of which appears to be a construction company. The street address listed appears to be in a residential area. Could be a home office I suppose, but makes you wonder where the cars are kept.
