So you want a monogram?

If you'd like me to make you a monogram shoot me an email with the following details:

Your first names:
Last Initial:
Wedding Colors:
Wedding Date:
Atmosphere of your wedding: Modern, Low Key or Fancy/Elegant?:
First initials only or First and Last initial?
Is there an example (anywhere) of a monogram that you like?

I'll make you a few to choose from and then send you the .bmp or .jpg file. I design the monograms in Photoshop, so I can technically save it as any file type. Once you get a few examples I don't mind enhancement requests.

I am making these as a courtesy so there is no money involved, that said, don't be too demanding, I do travel a lot for work and do not have access to Photoshop on my work laptop. At the most, there may be a week turn-around time.

You're offering a very nice service Christine & being very generous with your time.  I would definitely consider opening an Etsy store and charging non North Jersey girls:)

Yes...there are plenty of knotties who have been on the boards in the past that were vendors but never reccommended their services.

And in bereasonable's defense, he hasn't done that either, so he shouldn't be kicked off either.

Thanks... and you're funny Bereasonable... looks like you're doing an excellent job lurking.

I'm offering because I have some time on my hands (not concerned with poopin' while I'm pushin' any time soon)
.. and I've completely re-organized my crafting section of the basement, so I enjoy being there now..

Thanks!  LOL.  Just trying to learn, maybe offer some input where I can, and be a good Knot citizen.

Actually, promote or not, you can't be on here as a vendor, at least that is what the rules state.

For as long as I have been on the knot, there have been numerous vendors that were planning their own weddings that did not advertise or promote their business.  In fact, unless someone brought it up, you wouldn't even know they were a vendor.    There should be no reason they can't be on here if they are planning their own wedding.   The minute they promote their own business is a different story though.
