This is what I have come up with for our menu - we are getting married in New Orleans and I wanted to keep it as close to authentic as I could, but I am allergic to crawfish and a very picky eater, so it was hard! The one thing I worry about is that there aren't really any side dishes, save for the rice. I got to pick 3 hors d'oeuvres, 2 apps, 1 pasta, 2 meats, and a "side" - which was the biscuits.

Mini muffalettas
Fried catfish bites
Hot spinach and artichoke dip with chips and roasted salsa
Fresh fruit
Bayou chicken with cajun seasoning and white rice
Farfalle pasta primavera with marinara
Pork loin with ginger glaze
Buttermilk biscuits
Note - this is just me going over the menu myself. Not with the venue. I also haven't talked much with my fiance about it, but I picked things I know he will like so this is very open for changes. I won't do anything without his agreement
