Morning ladies! How was everyone's holiday?
Eating was TERRIBLE for me yesterday. Sweet tooth-1, Me-0. I avoided the chips, which was my plan, but they also decided it would be funny to cut up Krispie Kremes into bite sized pieces as a dish, which I devoured. I also overdid it on the desserts a bit.
So, I'm up two lbs today and went straight for the ice water and kenpo this morning. Today and tomorrow will be very healthy eating, and I need to come up with a better willpower plan for Saturday and Sunday when we're in the city.
Workout out is on track, with kenpo this AM, then a double day tomorrow (cardio then chest/shoulders/triceps and abs), and an off day on Saturday, though we'll be walking all over the city. My goal for the rest of the week/weekend at this point is just to get the scale back to where it was before the weekend.
