NRI RECEPTION VENUE HELP NEEDED!!!!

I am not the best with words, so I will try and make this simple. I need a reception area for the following:

150 guests
Alcohol service permitted
Rentals included
Overnight accommodations on site/very close (shuttle) distance
$10,000 budget (to include food)
Station-style food service
Lounge setup
Dance floor available
October 27, 2012

    hmm....my venue matches a lot if not all of that. atlantic beach club. not sure if they have that date though...give them a call ASAP. i only got in because there was a cancellation! i am also a little biased though :) ps - what does NRI mean?

    Ohhh i was thinking it meant Northern ...hmmm Did you want 10,000 to be your overall budget or is that just your food budget??

    If you want Northern RI and have a 10.000 food/venue budget, I would check out Crystal Lake Golf Course. I have heard it is extremely affordable there and they have a larger room. It isn't really a lounge atmosphere. But you could make a lounge atmosphere but being creative with teh tables, or renting some couches etc.

    That's most places that I can think of lol... Try the Viking Hotel in Newport, or ABC like URI mentioned :-) With that budget avoid Castle Hill Inn.
    And yes, what *does* NRI mean? I'm glad I'm not the only one lol.

    Oh my goodness! I didn't expect so many responses, although I am OVERJOYED to have so many new options!

    NRI means Northern Rhode Island... must just be a sports thing! 

    I am looking at all the places you guys suggested, although I am about to start a new thread since I just found the Hope Artiste Village, which I know barely fits any of the specifications I listed earlier. Thanks again, you guys! I'm really excited to be getting into this whole Knot community thing =)
