Dress Alterations

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone new of a good place to get dress alterations in Orlando. I bought y dress at Alfred Angelo but I am not sure I want to get it altered there. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Judi the seamstress in Winter Park and Jeanine are highly recommended on the board..GL!

    Jeanine is fab!!!!! Her number is 407-432-7336. I am having my dress taken in about 2 inches on each side, shortened, and a bustle and it is only $150. My dress show was going to charge me $150 for the hem and bustle only. She comes to your house and is so sweet and really knows her stuff!  I couldn't have been more thrilled with her. Prettyparula and Erica also used her and they have pics of their finished dresses.

    From what I have heard Judy does a great job too but is a little pricey.

    I got my dress at Alfred's as well. Any particular reason you don't want to use them? I need a hem and bustle and was just going to go there (also because they have a couple errors to fix in my dress). I'd appreciate the feedback on them :)

    Trust me, girls, you won't be disappointed with Jeanine. My dress required extensive alterations, like MLH, since it was a sample sale and was way too big, and her quote was nearly 1/4 of what the bridal shoppe quoted me. She's meticulous and she's there to make the dress look right and make you look good. I've heard a few negatives about the AA alterations folks but can't remember any details because it was a while ago, but I know you'll be happy (and spend less money) with Jeanine!

    I wish I would have checked these posts before I took it to Alfred Angelo...looks like it's going to cost me $300 :(

    Call Sonia her number is 407-494-1171 she also has a web page: http://Orlandoweddingalterations.com She was recommended to me by a bridal shop that didn't do alterations at the time. She was great and so fast. I couldn't believe how quick she got my dress done.
