Looking for a good bridal salon

Hello Lovely Ladies of Carolina!

My mom, stepmom, and FMIL are coming from CA, NV and MI for Thanksgiving.  That part I'm really excited about.  The scary part is that the main reason for the visit is to be here for me to try on dresses.  I really want this to be an experience that we'll all remember so I want us to go to a boutique kind of place.  I'm having a hard time finding one.  I don't mind driving an hour or so if the place is nice.  There was one in Raleigh but the dresses they have are too high priced, my budget is around $2000-$3000 if that helps.  I'm not against going to less expensive places if I can't find a dress at a boutique but like I said, I really want "the experience" the first time out.

Thanks for the help!!

The Lily Rose in Cornelius (just north of Charlotte) was great!  The dresses were within your price range and the ladies there were really helpful.

There are actually several places in Raleigh - Victorian Rose Bridals on Glenwood, I've had several friends get their gowns there and they were around your price range.

Traditions at North Hills probaby starts on your higher end but might be worth a look.

The new Priscilla of Boston boutique in Cameron Village is gorgeous!  However, I would think they they would start around $3K and go up from there.

Then there are several lower priced places but they aren't quite at 'boutique' feeling, The Bridal Gallery at MacGregor Village, Bridal Boutique of Raleigh...

I loved The Lily Rose for looking.  I didn't buy anything from them but they were the first place where my mom and I looked and everyone was super-friendly and not at all pushy.

I used Lana Addison in Cary. They are the sister shop of Alexia's Bridal in Raleigh but they start at lower prices (I think they start at around $1,500). The girls there are wonderful and give a lot of personal attention and they also shmooze you a little with blueberry champagne - haha. It's a great place though and I'm really happy with my dress and the fittings so far!

NY Bride and Groom in CLT is very lovely and the staff is so attentive.  Also Nitsa's in SouthPark area of CLT is high-end.
