Dessy dress?

I am wondering if anyone has purchased a Dessy brand bridesmaids dress, and if they run true to size? I have bought 2 different bridesmaids dresses from different brands, both I ordered the size based on my measurements and 1 fit perfectly while the other was so big it would not even stay up. I am trying to avoid another large alterations bill, so any information would be greatly appreciated! ThanksLaughing

    All of my BM ordered off their size chart and I do believe i was according to their street size.  The only thing they all had to have altered was the bust.  They make it large enough to accomidate those with large breasts.

    We are ordering Dessy dresses.  We went to a boutique to try them on and had the girls measured there.  That's what I would recommend doing if you have an authorized retailer there.  I know my sister's dress is one size bigger than her street size (which has been my experience with every bridesmaids dress I've ever worn), so definitely take that into consideration.
