Can you tell me a little more about the full plate diet? I looked at some basic info online, but could you maybe give me an idea of what a typical day of eating is like? I did Weight Watchers a few years ago and lost 53 pounds, but I gained about 25 back. I am doing WW on my own now and have lost about 6 pounds in 2 months.
