Ok so I'm new to this board. I am getting married in April and I have no will power!!!! I do good for a few weeks and then I'm eating crap again. This week my mom came into town to plan for the wedding and between tastings and eating out I feel like a BLIMP!!!!! I would like to start running but after working a 10 hour day exercise is the last thing I want to do. I don't need to loose that much weight but I would be happy if I was about 10lbs lighter.....I'm rambling now.....
