Sacramento Wedding Planner for Vendor referrals

Hi Ladies,

I am looking for a wedding planner that does a vendor referral service (2-3 hours just to help me get the budget in order and make sure we can find vendors in our price range). I can only find 2 in my area, but I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right places. I'd like to be comfortable with them and make my dollars count. I'm looking to spend around 200-400.

Any suggestions?
