Recommendations for invitations please

Would love to get a list of people/companies I can use to get my invitations!

Re: Recommendations for invitations please

  • We are using Jen from Designer Jen (designerjen.org), she is awesome!  I wanted someone that was local who I could meet with in person and talk through things.  She has great ideas and is willing to work with you.  She is definitely worth talking to.
  • We're using Christine Meahan  http://christinemeahan.com/

She has been amazing, so helpful, patient and creative. Also gave us a lot of flexibility in terms of cost because of many printing and paper options. We got our invitations last weekend and they're GORGEOUS. Can't say enough good things about her.

  • We used 123print.com and the quality is very good and very reasonable price wise.  I recommend them.

<div>Another vote for Jen!  We're using her as well.</div>
  • We used vistaprint.com. They may not be the fanciest things out there, but between vistaprint sales and groupons, they were cost friendly!
  • We used Sheila Mari Designs on Etsy in order to create a digital invitation package then I submitted the design to Cards & Pockets.

    Good luck!!
  • We are using Gray Cloud Print on etsy. http://www.etsy.com/shop/GrayCloudPrint?ref=ss_profile

She has a few designs in her store but we are doing custom ones. She has been so awesome to work with, she's always listening to and trying to accomodate all of my multple, crazy, O.C.D requests. She created a logo for us based on one I saw from Southern Living Weddings. She is doing all our paper for the wedding and the price  is probably what we would get just for the invitations on a different site.

  • We used Jess at EstoPrints. I think my invitations came out great- you can tell that they were hand made which is what I was going for- but they still look super good. They don't have raised lettering or anything fancy, but I loved them!
  • Nicole at Invitingfriendz.com made both our Save the Dates and Invitations.  She customized both to our every request, and did such an amazing job!! She was a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced for the fantastic quality of her work. I would highly recommend her!!!!

We also used Jen Strunk from www.designerjen.org.  I need to take some photos of my invites, they are beautiful, came out exactly how I wanted them.  Jen was great to work with and her prices were very reasonable.

  • I'm using The Write Approach which is located in Woodbridge. For me, I wanted to find a place where I could sit down with someone who could help me make the decision, and the women who work at Write Approach have been great. I believe the price is similar to many of the online vendors, too. I'm actually going tomorrow to look at my proof and make my final decision on the wording. I definitely recommend them!

  • I am using Michelle Viesselman of Graphic Boutique. My Save the Dates were amazing. She is so fun to work with. I went to her with a quirky idea and she turned it into a gorgeous STD. I can't wait to see what she comes up for the invites. She has amazing ideas but is more than willing to take suggestions/ideas. I like tat she is local sometimes details (color, paper weight) are hard to compare on a website.
  • I went to Hallmark. It was fantastic! I love my invitations and very reasonably priced!
