I looked on the board and didn't see this question posted recently, but if I missed it, I'm sorry if this is a duplicate post. So I'm getting married on October 2, 2011 and I'm starting to research DJs. Everything I've found so far seems to indicate that the average cost of a DJ is about $1000-1200. Is this that what everyone else has found? My wedding is on a Sunday and we're doing a brunch so I don't expect a ton of dancing, but we definitely want music. I thought the day and time would decrease the price a bit, but I haven't found that at all so far. I would really appreciate any recommendations for reasonably priced DJs!
