Fairhope AL Venue?

I'm trying to find a nice outdoor wedding/reception venue around the Fairhope AL area, on the water but not exactly beach that isn't $3000 or outrageous. I found Dorgan's Inn, a lovely inn that looks perfect but I'm still waiting on a quote. Any ideas?

    What about the bluff? I know a few people that have done it there.

    ETA: but the reception was obviously elsewhere

    Dorgans Inn is pretty expensive.   The bay is a nice choice for afternoon.--but you have to be finished by 7pm.  5 Rivers on the causway is awesome!  It has a little rustic feel, but I was pretty impressed when i visited.  they run about $2000.  (I would have booked them but they already had an event on my date.)  Bay Front Park is Daphne is also on the water and really cheap.
