Mrs.LuraT*** and PCOS

Did your doctor tell you that you might have problems having children? I also have PCOS but since I was diagnosed way before I even thought about children so my doctor didn't mention this to me. Please PM me if you don't want to write it on the board since now I'm freaked out!

Yes I am aware that it will be difficult to conceive if you have PCOS.  When I was diagnosed over 10 years ago, I didn't really ever want children so it was ok with me.  However, now that I am married, and EVERYONE seems to be having children around me (3 were born in the past 2 months), the baby bug has seem to have hit big time.  My husband is aware of my condition, and he knows there is a low chance of me conceiving naturally.  He is also aware that I do not want any fertility drugs, as I don't want to be the first woman to give birth to 10 babies.  He loves kids like crazy, however he knows that if it can't happen naturally, it's not happening at all.  So, we are going to try to conceive (in a couple of months), but if it doesn't happen, oh well.  We tried but it's not the end of the world.
