Is 100 dollars a night for hotel too much for guests

I want to have my wedding in the mountains and I am hoping to have it at the Y in Winter Park. But  I thought 109 is a little steap for hotel rooms for guest. Thoughts???

That's what hotels cost in the mountains...is there another hotel to stay at to give your guests a few options? Have you talked about getting a block of rooms too? Sometimes if they get a bunch of rooms quarenteed, they offer a discount.

What time of year are you planning your wedding for? (sorry I'm totally stalking this bored at the moment) I live in Winter Park and know of a couple places that are close enough to the Y, off seasons have way better rates but a couple to check would be the Valley Hi (FI's parents love staying there) there's also a Best Western and even a hostel that you may be able to book a block in that is cheaper (some of our friends loved the "family home" style of it). These are all still close enough for guests, but also in town so there may be more for them to do on their own like dinner etc. if not all of them are not directly included in pre-wedding stuff. Hope this helps!

Our guests are paying $100.00 a night and our wedding is in evergreen if that makes you feel any better. :)
