  Charlotte Phinney is in Scituate and she will travel, but she also works out of a salon in Scituate, so she could either come to the Inn or you could go to her.
  
  I worked with Special Event Beauty and they travel. They're in East Bridgewater, so there wouldn't be a travel fee. I loved working with the whole team and definitely recommend.
