Sitting in a coffee shop downtown trying to kill time while my rings are resized. I dropped them off last week and was told they'd be done Wednesday 7/11 at the latest. I called yesterday, because I was already downtown, and they weren't done. Was then told they would be done by the end of the day and they would call me. They did not. So I waited until 4:15 to come down here because surely they had to be done. They are not. The saleswoman asked if I could come back tomorrow. Uh, no, I can't! You have had them a week! Grrrr...
