Are you having your guests toss anything at you when you leave? Bubbles? Rice? Birdseed? We're doing dried lavender buds! They just got here and they smell soooooo good! I'm really excited about it!

    We didn't, just because we had ours at a banquet hall, with the entrance also shared by those using the restaurant half.  But I do like the idea of a sending off... once our DJ declared that the wedding was over, no one would let us leave!  Everyone wanted to say goodbye.  It took us nearly an hour to get out of there.  It was close to 12:30 PM at that point.

    We didn't do any tossing, our ceremony was indoors and I didn't want to have to deal with cleaning stuff up afterwards.

    I did order some cornstarch-based biodegradable (really really fast, like as soon as it rains or you can hose it down) confetti from Ecoparti, my H and I threw it around and took some fun pictures with it but that is all.

    We're having a rose petal toss as we leave the ceremony. The pics of other couples who've done it at the site look great! 

    The lavendar sounds like a great idea!

    We aren't allowed to do anything like that at our venue. The lavender is a great idea, I love the smell of lavender.

    Nope... too messy to clean up ... The ceremony is at my parent's work /chapel and I can only imagine what that would turn into. The thought is nice , but not my thing to have it [whatever it would be] get stuck in my dress top ..HAha
