Who pays for the bridesmaids hair and makeup?
Any recommendations on who to do it?

    It has varied for the weddings I've been in.  If the bride was requiring that the bridesmaids use her hired stylist(s), she paid for it.  If it was optional, I've always opted in and paid the stylist on my own.

    My regular hairdresser, who has been cutting my hair since I was ten years old, is coming to our house the morning of the wedding to do everyone's hair ("everyone" being me, my mom, MIL, and my three bridesmaids). I plan on paying for my bridesmaids to get their hair done, in whatever style they choose. I'm getting my makeup done at Bare Minerals because I'm makeup-challenged, but I think my bridesmaids will probably do their own.

    If you're requiring that your BM's have the same makeup and hairdo, then you do.

    If you're letting them do their own thing, they can.
