I personally would not use anything with another couples name on it. I think a lot of these would get left behind since many people no longer use real handkerchiefs or will not want your name on them. My suggestion would be go to with something edible or something personal for you and your soon to be husband. Hope that helps!
We have a tissue-free home but even I wouldn't use handkerchiefs with someone else's initials or names on them. THat just makes no sense. Ditto the edible favor.

I agree about having someone else's name / wedding date on something you want your guests to take home & use. If you are really in love with idea of a handkerchief maybe have a design of some sort on it.
If you like the idea of a hankerchief, maybe you could get some with a pretty design (maybe even something that complements your wedding stationary?) and tie it with personalized ribbon if you really want to add that touch.
