NWR-need advice

Hi ladies. So, FI is turning 30 on the 20th of November. Next weekend, we are going out of town for his b-day. Problem is, bad future wife over here isn't sure where to go. I wanted to do a cruise, but FI just landed a new job and can't take any days off till the wedding. Then I thought about Key Largo. It's out of my budget. Option C turned out to be north of Orlando, there is a corn maze that FI wants to do. It sounds awesome. However, I just can't find a hotel. Option D is turning into Naples, but we've been there a million times. I'm trying to keep this a secret from FI. I need advice---where should we go????

    I like the corn maze (is it in Mt Dora?).. lol.. but that's just the type of thing I'd like to do too. There is nooo hotels anywhere near there?
    If you're thinking of just doing a Saturday & Sunday thing - what if you left early Saturday, did the maze and the went back across to the east coast (probably about 2 hr drive though). Stay at a hotel anywhere near Cocoa Beach or somewhere like that just for the night and wake up to breakfast in bed and spend Sunday relaxing at the pool or beach for a bit before heading back (ask for a late checkout.)
    Or what about camping at a park, it's been pretty nice out at night lately. If he's into that type of thing, that's definitely less expensive and could be really fun.

     I also like the maze idea and if he's told that he wanted to do it then its really thoughtful. Ck out travelzoo.com for hotels - that's my go to site for anything travel related.
