How are you/did you find hair stylists and/or make-up artists for your wedding?
I don't have a regular hair stylist, so I need to start from scratch! I have no clue where to start.
How did you find yours?

And if you have any suggestions near Quincy, I'd love to hear

I am using I DO, i found them through my sister who used them last year. If they were booked I was going to go with special event.

I think I am going with specialeventbeauty.com because they do hair and make-up, and they have several back-up employees. My trial went well...but I don't personally know anyone that has used them, only that they got good reviews on wedding wire.

I found my makeup and hair stylists based on recommendations from knotties. Both of them came to me day of. For hair I used Gina Joubert. You can read my review and see pics of my trial and day of hair in my bio.

meganandjay - there are a couple of girls on the board that have used Special Event Beauty... I don't recall any negative reviews from them. HTH!
