Rose Petals

Hey ladies!

I am trying to figure out how many rose petals I will need to line he aisle runner with rose petals. Getting them through my florist seems reallly spendy, but I have no idea how many to buy. I found this site <--clickly and I was thinking maybe my best bet is to buy the silk petals and then I can actually lay them out to know for sure. Thoughts? Anyone know anything about this?

ETA: Here is a picture of the "look" I am going for.... I think just a bit more petals on each side to have a more dramatic effect.

     I'd go with real bougainvillea petals  that don't turn brown when bruised, biodegradable and are not that expensive. They would look natural in the outdoor ceremony with an exotic touch as well.

    I think you can get discounts on bulk quantities. They come in various colours as well depending on what you colour scheme is.
