Finally Friday!! Tonight I am going to see Return to Oz with a former co-worker/friend and possibly drinks afterwards. Tomorrow FI and I are going to meet with the caterer to sample some food and make our final decisions...And our Save the Date magnets are coming in today from Vista Print so I will probably address those out. I was dead set against getting them because we have such a short engagement anyways, but FI kept insisting he wanted them so I went ahead and ordered them last weekend to give to family members at least. I have to admit, I am pretty excited to see them! Also, we finally booked our honeymoon last night...Wahoo!!!

Buzz--saw your post last night. Yes I LOVE doing plan ahead meals. I have done some crockpot freezer meals in the past. Set aside a Sunday and knocked 10 meals out which I use for those days when I know I wont have time to cook. Do you have any website/blog suggestions for plan ahead meal recipes? I know you are the cooking blog expert here :)

    I can't wait to get a deep freezer, so I can can make more bulk meals. Being allergic to gluten makes it hard to find convenience foods on those busy weeks. At this point I'm just holding on by a thread until the end of march, when the semester will be done!!

    Angel...you're gluten free? You should try the philly cheese steak stuffed peppers. I made them the other day. So good!! They are carb free & I believe gluten free as well.

    Well, my job messed up my paycheck and only deposited 1 week worth of pay into my account. So, now I have to go over there today because they are going to pay me in cash for what they owe me. They already hired someone to take my spot (I shouldve figured) so this will be awkward. Otherwise, i have a dr appointment at 1 and then Im going to go grocery shopping. I think I may hang out with my best friend today, not sure. Otherwise, another boring weekend. Cannot wait for next week to see what happens with these job interviews.

    I sent an email to the Girl Scouts yeterday asking if they need volunteers. I guess they are starting this series in my hometown (about 10 mins away from where I live now) where they go to the elementary and middle school and mentor girls ages 6-13. I volunteered to help with that project. Its only 1 day a week for 1 hour, for 8 weeks. It will be nice to be able to go back into my old schools :]

    I've been in the supply room for a good chunk of my lunch break cutting labels for our save the date cards. Good news is they are the final step, so I plan on working on that when I get home. Should have these babies in the mail tomorrow!

    Sorry to bring up bridesmaid dresses again, but idk if I mentioned the total attitude my FMIL and FSIL got at David's Bridal when they went to get measured (FMIL had to call me so I could talk to the girl). Well, they measured her WRONG, and the place I'm ordering my dresses from called me and said, "Um, are you sure this is right? She would have an incredibly extended stomach." No, that is not right at all! Darnit, DB!

    Yesterday really kicked my ass. Very glad it's the weekend in t-4 hours.

    I had a bad week. I was supposed to start this job next week but the board has requested an inperson interview and that will happen on the 20th so hopefully I can start the next week. The hospital is also upset because there is no no one to cover for the doc who had her baby yesterday. Ugh!

    Yes, I have been for a year and a half now. I'm SO much healthier! I didn't bother going through all of the testing to confirm Celiac, as I would've had to go back on gluten for 6 months and then have a very invasive scope done. No Thank you!

    I'm so glad its Friday! One of my new therapists we hired to replace the girl who quit with no notice last month, just called in sick for the second time in her first 2 weeks. And both calls have been an hour or less before her shift started.... Looks like its time to start interviewing again. Erg! Any of you out of work ladies have a degree in Psychology and are willing to move to Toronto? ;-)
