We are having approx 100 guests. What amounts of food and beverages have you ordered for that many guests.
We are serving roasted Boston Butt roast sliced, pulled prk BBQ sandwiches, potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans.
Our berverages are tea, lemonade, punch, and water.

Will your caterer do a per person meal? With most caterers you just give them the head count and they figure out the rest.
