So I'm trying keep my wedding low-budget while also not having a "backyard BBQ". I'm considering doing a morning wedding, ceremony around 10 and then a brunch reception. Everything will be less expensive, and the reception will be more low-key and allow more time for visiting with out of town relatives rather than dancing and drinks. Then me and the new husband will leave and spend the afternoon together, doing something fun together as a newly wed couple. At night, I'd like to throw a casual bonfire party at my house to celebrate with close friends and family. I'm looking for any and all thoughts, suggestions, etc on morning weddings. I've heard they're the new thing...
