  the dress i am ordering has feathers.  unfortunately, its a brand new design for 2011 and is not on the designers website yet.  it is a San Patrick dress though, so maybe there are others in his collection with feathers?  the feathers on my dress are very subtle.  i'm not sure if thats what you're looking for. 
  
  i know Nordstroms sells wedding dresses and there are some with feathers on their website.

  Hey, this is kind of random but I had a dress made that has a feathery skirt and I'm actually not using it (changed venues and now it doesn't really "go"). Not sure what size you are (this is about a bridal size 2-4) but if you're interested let me know and I can send pics, I was probably going to try and sell it soon anyway, maybe it'll work out perfectly for you!
