  We just went to Turks and Caicos for our "babymoon".  And although I can't offer too much insight on adventurous tours in Turks, we are pretty adventurous so I can offer a little insight there.  Essentially, we put off Turks and went on babymoon because non of the tours really peaked our interest.  Other than diving and fishing, there weren't many options.  (My hubby is a diver, so he really enjoyed it, but diving pregnant is a no go!)
  
  We went to St. Lucia a few years ago and really enjoyed it because it offered tons of land excursions and great Caribbean snorkeling.  We hiked the Pitons, snorkeled at the base, etc.  If that is what you are looking for, I'd recommend St. Lucia over Turks any day.  Turks is beautiful but very very laid back, all water sports vibe.

  Good luck.  Turks was perfect for us because we laid on the beach and read.  It has a long beach that you can walk for miles on and hop in the water at any time to snorkel.  If that is what you are looking for, you'll love it!
