Pashminas/Wraps for Bridesmaids

Hi, Ladies,

My wedding is on October 8. I'm hoping for beauitful, warm October temperatures, but of course there's a chance there will be a chill in the air. My bridesmaids are wearing strapless cocktail-length dresses. I would like to buy them pashminas or wraps to have in case it's a chilly day/night so they can throw them over their shoulders when we are outside traveling to the venues or waiting for photos. Have any of you purchased pashminas/wraps/jackets for your bridesmaids or for yourself? Have any recommendation for good retailers (store or online)?

ClassyWedding on Etsy. com. I got eggplant pashminas that PERFECTLY matched my dresses. She sent me one so I could see the color while she placed 3 more on hold so I could ensure availability- very nice. I got one for myself from another vendor, but the ones for my girls were much better!

I also had an October wedding, and while we had a nice day, it was still a bit chilly!

I see that you're in NJ. I got some nice quality, but inexpensive pashminas for my bridesmaids (and myself) in Union Square from one of the sidewalk sellers (not sure what they're called)!

I got silver for my bridesmaids, and ivory for me, and I think they were 5 or 10 dollars each.

I grabbed mine off of Amazon.com, no more than $10/ea, and I think they were less than that. The girls wore black and had black pashmina's. They wore them for a good bit of the day, so I was glad I got them.

I originally ordered the dark purple, but the color didn't quite match the dresses, so I went with ivory instead. I LOVE them. I even ordered one for myself. The shipping costs were reasonable, and you can't beat the $5.75 price. They exchanged the purple ones for ivory without any hassle.
