Venue help

Hello! I am recently engaged and want to the the venue booked and out of the way asap. looking for something outside in the woods or (maybe) waterfront. Something not tooo expensive preferably. In southern MD or within an hour. Anyone that can help?? It would be much appreciated. Thank you!!

    Southern md will be tough, if you don't get any response try the dc board too. I'm from a little too far away from you so anything I have is likely well more than an hour away, definitely north of baltimore

    We have booked a beautiful venue at Woodlawn Manor. It's in Sandy Springs, Montgomery county. The fee is about $1700.00 for 8hrs on Saturdays. There is an extra fee if you use the tent. Check out properties owned by counties, they usually have reasonable prices.
