Looking for some ideas to look into

Good Monday Morning!!

After many months of looking my fiancée and I finally decided to have our reception at Maneeley's in South Windsor, CT. It will be in their new lodge. We are having some trouble trying to find a ceremony spot somewhere in the area. We are trying to find something on a lake or waterside with a nature feel to it. We are big outdoors people that are trying to to combine a beachy feel with an Adirondack feel. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

    Try Wickham Park in Mancester/East Hartford. I don't know if they have a pond or lake but the park is beautiful & shouldn't be too far from Maneelys. My SIL is getting married & having her reception @ Maneelys in October, I can give you a review after! Congrats!

    Thank you! We looked at Wickham Park we love it, just a little worried about early May weather. Thank you for the advice. I will totally give a review. So far we are in love with them. So willing to help and put your mind at ease and pretty much bend over backwards for you, not many places will do that these days. We asked them for advice on wedding ceremony spots and they sat with us for about a half hour trying to think of some spots.

    We got married at Wickham Park on May 1st... it was GORGEOUS!!! We did do our whole wedding there at the cabin garden so we had the cabin as a backup incase of rain but it turned out to be 70 degrees, sunny and beautiful.  You can see pics here:
