  My sister is getting married on the beach in April and I really want her to do teal and green. That shade looks awesome. Who designs that bridesmaid dress?

  It's Jim Hjelm.  I love his dresses!  The green was so pretty it almost made me change to that color.  It's Pear in the swatch chart, though it looks much darker on my monitor than it did in person.
